Trust, security & compliance

Professional delivery standards for responsible systems.

Practical security, careful data handling, transparent communication and clear project boundaries. This page explains how we work with your data and systems, and how this website itself handles visitor information.

Delivery standards

What you can expect on every engagement.

Data privacy

Client data is handled only for agreed project purposes, with access limited to what delivery needs. We work in your environments where possible and do not retain client data after handover unless a support agreement requires it.

Secure delivery

Least-privilege access granted by you, separated development and production environments, secrets kept in your secret management, API security and access reviews during the engagement and at handover.

Accessibility

Web interfaces are planned with semantic structure, keyboard navigation, readable contrast and responsive layouts, following WCAG 2.1 AA as the working target unless a project specifies otherwise.

Clear terms

Scope, ownership, timelines, support and third-party responsibilities are documented before work begins. Mutual NDAs and your master services agreement are welcome.

Privacy notice for visitors.

Information you send us
Details submitted by email or through our scheduling link are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain client communication. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and improve the website. Analytics measures clicks on contact links as "intent", not as confirmed enquiries. Google Analytics loads when a page loads and sets its cookies immediately; this site does not show a consent banner, so there is no prompt to accept or reject it. To opt out, block analytics cookies or the googletagmanager.com domain in your browser settings or an extension, use a browser that blocks trackers by default, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Scheduling
Calls are booked through Calendly. When you use the embedded calendar or booking link, Calendly's own privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.
No accounts or portals
This website is public marketing content. It does not offer a login, client portal or SSO endpoint, and it does not host private client data.
AI crawlers
Public pages may be read by search engines and AI assistants so that people can find accurate information about MV.tech. Machine-readable summaries are published at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.
Contact
Questions about this notice or about your data: contact@mvtech.solutions.

Responsible use

Automation, data extraction and AI, done properly.

  • Authorised access only. Integrations and data extraction use supported interfaces, honour source terms and rate limits, and are limited to client-approved use cases.
  • Humans stay in control. Automated workflows keep review where judgment is required; AI assistants act only on approved data and tools, with permissions enforced in the application rather than in a prompt.
  • Evaluated before expansion. AI features are tested against real questions and failure cases, including what happens when the answer is not in the source material, before their audience is widened.
  • Your data stays yours. Client data is not used to train third-party models, and any use of AI tooling in delivery follows your policies.

Security or compliance questions?

Ask before we start. We prefer it.

Procurement, security and legal questions are easiest to answer at the scoping stage. Bring your requirements and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot commit to.
