Everything people usually want to know before booking a call: who we are, where we are, how timezones and costs work, what we build and how we protect your data. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
The company
Who MV.tech is.
What is MV.tech?
MV.tech is a remote-first technology consultancy founded by Meet Vaghasia in 2022 and based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide data engineering, business intelligence, custom software, workflow automation, AI development (including RAG systems and MCP servers), blockchain data analytics, IT staff augmentation and technology recruitment to clients worldwide. See our company facts and founder background.
How do I identify MV.tech among similarly named companies?
Our official brand is MV.tech, our website is mvtech.solutions and our founder is Meet Vaghasia in Ahmedabad, India. When searching for MV Tech, MVTech or MV Tech Solutions, check those details and our official LinkedIn profile. A similar company name alone does not establish a connection to MV.tech.
Where is MV.tech based, and where are your clients?
We are based in Ahmedabad, India, and deliver fully remotely. Our clients are in India and worldwide, including North America, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, the Gulf and Asia-Pacific.
How big is the team?
Deliberately small. MV.tech is a focused team of senior specialists across data, software, cloud, automation and AI, led by founder Meet Vaghasia. We scale a specific engagement with additional specialists when the scope needs it, and say so when it does not.
What experience do MV.tech's engineers bring?
Our engineers have worked with organisations including Google, Volvo, BCW, RootstockLabs, Chainlabs, Toptal and Turing, directly or through vetted talent platforms. These names describe team members' professional experience, not endorsements, current partnerships or a list of direct MV.tech clients. Review the expertise and credentials page and the founder's linked professional profiles, then ask about experience relevant to your workstream.
Timezones & cost
Working with a team in India.
Can a team in India overlap US, UK, European or Australian working hours?
Yes. India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) overlaps the working day of every major business region for part of the day. Typical collaboration windows we plan around are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm US Eastern, 7:00 am to 10:00 am US Pacific, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm in the UK, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in Central Europe, most of the business day in the Gulf, and 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm in eastern Australia. Exact hours are agreed per engagement.
Does timezone overlap mean 24/7 support?
No. Overlap means agreed working hours for collaboration: standups, reviews, demos and releases. Any support coverage, response-time expectations or release windows are defined separately in the engagement scope.
How does MV.tech keep consulting costs lean?
MV.tech operates as a focused remote team with direct access to the engineers doing the work. We scope an initial milestone so you can assess delivery before expanding it. The total cost still depends on complexity, capacity and support; compare proposals using the same deliverables and responsibilities.
How are projects priced?
Each engagement is priced against its written scope: deliverables, integrations, data volumes, testing, documentation and support. Embedded consultants are priced on agreed capacity and duration; recruitment fees are agreed per role. You receive the price before committing, and comparisons with other proposals should use the same scope and support expectations.
How do you communicate between meetings?
In your tools where possible: Slack or Teams, Jira or Linear, GitHub or GitLab, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Progress, decisions and open questions are written down so your stakeholders stay informed without another meeting.
Services & delivery
What we build and how.
What does MV.tech build?
Data pipelines and cloud data platforms, dashboards and reporting layers, web applications and client portals, internal tools and business apps, workflow automations and API integrations, web scraping systems, RAG knowledge assistants, MCP servers and custom AI features integrated into existing products.
Which data platforms and BI tools do you work with?
MV.tech's data work includes Python and SQL pipelines, BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift and PostgreSQL, plus reporting and semantic models for Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio and Streamlit. We also work with Google Cloud, AWS and Azure data services. Share your actual stack and constraints so we can confirm fit; see data engineering and business intelligence.
Can you build AI assistants connected to our internal systems?
Yes. MV.tech builds retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) assistants over approved information, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and custom connectors for business APIs and databases. We define the users, permitted data and actions, then test representative questions and failure cases. See AI consulting and MCP servers and AI connectors.
Can you handle both the product interface and the data backend?
Yes. The work can cover responsive front-end screens, API-backed workflows, data ingestion, warehouse modelling, analytics and deployment handover. The scope defines which parts your team owns and which parts we own.
Do you support or improve existing systems?
Yes. We can review and improve existing scripts, pipelines, APIs, dashboards, websites and applications while preserving current business workflows. A bounded review is often the most useful first engagement.
How do projects usually start?
With a 30-minute scoping call or an emailed brief. We clarify the goal, systems and constraints, then propose a first milestone with deliverables, acceptance criteria, review points and overlap hours. Work starts once that scope is agreed in writing.
What would a useful first milestone look like?
Examples include one source-to-report pipeline with reconciliation checks, a dashboard with agreed metric definitions, a complete application workflow, or an AI assistant tested against a bounded knowledge set. The first milestone should produce something your team can inspect and accept. Its timing, price and deliverables depend on your systems and are agreed in the written scope; see our delivery process.
What is the difference between a project, staff augmentation and recruitment?
In a project, MV.tech owns a defined scope and its deliverables. In staff augmentation, our consultants work inside your team under your technical leads for an agreed capacity. In recruitment, we help you hire a permanent employee into your own organisation. Each has its own scope and commercial terms.
Security & trust
How we treat your data and systems.
How do you handle access to our systems and data?
With least-privilege access granted by you, separated development and production environments, and credentials stored in your secret management rather than shared in chat or documents. Access is reviewed during the engagement and removed at handover. Credentials are never needed for an initial enquiry.
Will you sign an NDA or work under our contract?
Yes. Mutual NDAs before detailed discussions are routine, and we can work under your master services agreement or provide a straightforward engagement agreement covering scope, ownership, confidentiality and payment terms.
Who owns the deliverables?
You do. Code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and data models are delivered into your repositories and accounts, with ownership stated in the engagement agreement.
Do you use AI tools when building for clients?
Where it helps and where your policy allows. AI-assisted development is reviewed by senior engineers like any other code, and client data is not used to train third-party models. Tell us your constraints and we work within them.
