Contact
Book a 30-minute scoping call, or send us your brief.
Tell us what needs to work better, the systems involved and your target date. A short description is enough to start; you do not need a finished specification. We will discuss fit, the first useful milestone and any questions we need to answer before proposing the work.

Option 2
Prefer email? Start with a short brief
Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank. This opens a draft in your mail app; you review and send it there. Nothing is submitted through this website.

What happens next
From first call to a written next step.
- 01
We talk for 30 minutes
You describe the result you need, the current setup and your constraints. We ask the questions an engineer would ask and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
- 02
We define the next step in writing
When the requirement is clear, we propose a first milestone with deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, overlap hours and a price. If technical questions remain, we explain the review or discovery needed to scope it.
- 03
You agree the scope before work starts
We confirm responsibilities, availability and commercial terms, then set up access and begin delivering work you can review. A first enquiry does not commit you to an engagement.
Three things to bring
Make the first conversation count.
- The result you need. The workflow, report, application or AI feature, and what should be better when the work is done.
- The current setup. The systems involved, what already works and what keeps getting in the way. A description or a sanitised example is enough to start.
- Your working constraints. Timezone, preferred overlap, target date and any budget range. These shape a useful first scope.
