Connect the steps between your business systems. MV.tech builds API integrations, scheduled workflows, spreadsheet and add-on automation, and the operational plumbing around them — reducing repeated manual work and making failures visible.

What we deliver
Connect approved business systems using their supported interfaces: REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows and blockchain RPCs. Handle pagination, rate limits, authentication and changes in source records.
Automate recurring data pulls, report preparation, exports and status checks in Python and SQL. Define the schedule, inputs and expected output for each step, and run them somewhere accountable — Cloud Run, a container or scheduled CI, rather than a laptop.
Where the process genuinely lives in Google Sheets or Excel, automate it there: Google Apps Script jobs, Sheets add-ons, controlled exports and usage logging. Keep the calculation in a governed source and let the spreadsheet be the interface.
Add checks before data is written or a downstream action is triggered: matching, tolerance rules, duplicate prevention and retries. Where a figure must be adjusted by hand, an override layer can record the change without altering the immutable source record, which leaves an audit trail instead of an argument.
Collect data that has no API. Maintainable Python scraping of dynamic pages and authenticated portals, respecting source terms and rate limits, plus LLM-assisted extraction from documents where the layout keeps changing.
Provide logs, useful alerts and operating documentation, with deployment through Docker and GitHub Actions so a change is reviewable. Make it clear who maintains a workflow and how to recover or rerun it when a dependency fails.
A useful first project
Pick a recurring handoff with a clear input and output, such as preparing a weekly report from several systems or reconciling two ledgers. Document what people check today, including exceptions and the adjustments they make by hand. The project can then automate the repeatable steps while preserving review where judgment is required. Assess the result using completion time, exception frequency, how much manual reconciliation is left and the effort needed to recover a failed run.

Implement the integrations and test retries, missing data and downstream failures as well as a successful run.
Agree operating hours, alert recipients, access ownership and a recovery procedure.

Yes, when the tools provide suitable authorised access. We review available APIs, webhooks, exports and authentication before estimating the integration. Source limits and downstream permissions shape what can be automated reliably.
No. A scheduled job or API integration may be enough for a predictable process. AI is useful when a step requires language or document interpretation, and that step still needs suitable evaluation and review.
The workflow can include stable record identifiers, state tracking, reconciliation and checks before writing. The exact design depends on whether the connected systems support safe retries and how costly a repeated action would be.
Yes. An initial review can establish the code, schedules, dependencies, access requirements and failure history. We can then scope a repair, documentation or ongoing support engagement.
